To organize your business meeting

The Centre Jean XXIII offers 500 sq. m of meeting rooms, spread over eight rooms from 12 to 60 places and an amphitheatre of 110 places, as well as 2 offices.

 

Equipments

All our rooms are equipped for video projection, either with video projector, or with multimedia screen with HDMI/VGA connections, and blinds or shutters.

Equipped with dedicated fibre, the Centre has a free high-speed Wi-Fi network on all buildings.

According to your request, our teams provide you free of charge:

  • A flipchart with markers
  • A mobile and micro HF sound system. The amphitheatre has a sound system integrated into the space, as well as a video/sound system
  • A set of electric extension cords and multi-outlet

Parking areas

Within the Centre, two free private car parks with 68 places and a parking for tourist coach are accessible at any time by a code. To be asked at the reception when you check-in.

Reception desk

We make available to you a space for the reception of your participants (presentation of badges, documents).

Our technical team puts at your disposal its skills and will advise you and accompany you throughout the preparation of your meeting.
